Matthew's practice is focused on finding real solutions for his clients' business needs so that they can make more money. He has a long history with the cannabis industry dating back to the '90s. Matthew's first career was as a physicist, sharpening his problem-solving skills to a fine point. This combined with his experience of actually being in business, including cannabis businesses, and his training as a teacher, gives him a unique ability to analyze issues, solve problems, explain what is happening to clients, and do so in a cost-effective way that leads to more profit for his clients. 

Matthew's legal acumen complements these skills as he has extensive corporate and transactional experience, including corporate structuring, capital raises, acquisitions, and contract drafting. Matthew always advises clients that relationships are among the most important things for businesses, and he heeds his own advise in highly valuing relationships with his clients.
