Pat Hoban is a seasoned trial attorney with over 25 years of trial experience. She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.

Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.

Today, Pat focuses her practice on commercial litigation and the representation of business owners and mediation of business cases. Drawing upon more than twenty five years of diverse legal and practical business experience, she represents business owners and regularly advises clients on a full range of business matters and issues in Pennsylvania, including, contract negotiations and disputes, licensing issues, corporate organization, commercial transactions, governance issues, business dissolutions and all general litigation matters involving business and other disputes.

Pat’s varied experience over the years allows her to provide unparalleled service to her clients when it comes to getting the deal done and settled in a very professional manner. Her personal attention to each client is second to none.

Pat is an adjunct professor at Community College of Philadelphia, in the Law and Society Program, and teaches courses in criminal justice, criminal law, criminal evidence and procedure, juvenile delinquency and criminology.  Pat was selected to teach classes in several support programs through the college including the highly regarded Community College Reentry Support Project which provides Philadelphia Adult residents with criminal records with college courses that can contribute to their reentry success. Additionally, she teaches an introduction to law course as part of a summer program to selected Philadelphia high school students, which is a program sponsored with the support of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, School District of Philadelphia and Community College  of Philadelphia.

Pat was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and attended Pennsylvania State University, where she obtained a B.A. in Political Science. Pat attended law school at Widener University School of Law.

Pat is a Pennsylvania native and has a second home in Vail, Colorado. She enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, biking and yoga.

In her spare time Pat enjoys spending time and traveling with her two children. She is also a Board Member of SIA-Africa which is a global initiative and alliance for Africa  committed to facilitating the delivery of development resources across Africa, through corporate alliances and partnerships with local NGOs professional bodies, governments and students. She also has served on committees for the March of Dimes, Relay for Life Cancer Research and other charitable organizations.

Pat is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Third District Courts and U.S. Supreme Court.
