Grace Neibaron is an attorney at Hoban Law Group. Her practice focuses on patent and trademark law.

Grace currently represents wine companies, cannabis companies, food and beverage companies, start-up technology companies, and industrial manufacturing companies. Grace represents clients managing their trademark portfolios including preparing trademark opinion letters, preparing to cease and desist letters, filing and prosecuting trademark applications and litigating trademark disputes in Federal Court and before the United State Patent and Trademark Office. Grace represents clients in patent law preparing and prosecuting patent applications, preparing patentability opinions, and preparing infringement opinion letters.

Grace previously spent time at an acclaimed national law firm where she gained experience in patent prosecution, trademark, and corporate litigation. Grace has a J.D. From Roger Williams University in Rhode Island where she competed on the Jessup International Moot Court Team.

Prior to law, Grace had a successful career in the field of enology, viticulture, and natural products chemistry.  A dynamic individual, she has filled numerous roles from research chemist to viticulturist.  Grace has a B.S. In Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry from Humboldt State University. Grace has a diverse international background, having lived and worked in Italy and Fiji. She has traveled to Hong Kong, Mainland China, Nepal, India, New Zealand, Europe, Ukraine, Central America, Mexico, and Canada. Her varied travels provided her the framework to work with a diversity of companies and advise on international intellectual property issues. In addition to her dedication to her law practice, Grace is an avid runner. She competes in 10K – Marathon Distances. She also loves hiking, yoga and enjoys food and wine.
