Mr. Feldmann has worked with marijuana and hemp clients in almost all of the US states that have legalized cannabis and the currently expending hemp market place. His expertise has been sought out by various state legislative branches for new medical and recreational marijuana regulatory programs. He was named 2007 Colorado Super Lawyer for being one of the top attorneys in Colorado. He was also appointed to the American Bar Association’s Steering Committee for the Cannabis Law and Policy Task Force.
Mr. Feldmann is a former lecturer and instructor for the Department of Defense, National College of District Attorneys and US Armed Forces. Mr. Feldmann has taught prosecutors and defense counsel trial enhancement training and ethics at the Naval Justice School and was an adjunct professor at Colorado Mountain College in the areas of criminal and constitutional law.
Currently, Mr. Feldmann represents cannabis and hemp clients across the globe and defends US Armed Forces members internationally and throughout the United States in all branches of the Armed Forces.
